Safa Collection is a small studio of earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings, made for everyday wear that still feels considered. Every piece is chosen — never mass-produced.
Safa Collection began on Instagram, one photograph at a time — a place to share pieces we'd want to wear ourselves. Every earring, chain and ring is sourced and finished with care, in limited numbers rather than endless restocks.

Every piece has a number on its card, like AT-045. Quote it when you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram to ask about colours, stock or bulk orders, and we’ll know exactly which piece you mean.

Bangle sizes are the inside diameter of the bangle. Pick the size that passes over your hand with your thumb tucked in.

Not sure? Measure the inside width of a bangle you already own and wear comfortably, and pick the closest size. Hinged bangles, cuffs and open designs have some give. Ask us on WhatsApp to confirm your size is in stock for a particular design.
Rings marked Free size · Adjustable are open-backed and fit most fingers.
For a fixed-size ring: wrap a strip of paper or thread around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimetres. Divide by 3.14 to get your finger’s diameter, or simply send us the length on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest a size. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
We accept direct UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). Card and netbanking payments are coming soon. You never enter card or bank details on this website. Your order stays “awaiting confirmation” until we verify your payment.

This policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your order.
Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–4 business days of order confirmation, since many pieces are individually packed by hand. During sales or festive periods this may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if so.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
You'll receive a tracking link/number via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available yet — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to check for an exception.
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed due to courier issues, weather, or local disruptions. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens, but Safa Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the order has been handed over.

We want you to love what you order. Because our pieces are fashion jewellery and accessories, please read this policy carefully before purchase.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't already been packed for shipping. Message us immediately on WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings and worn/used items, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage during transit (see below).
If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
All approved refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider, typically 5–7 business days after we initiate it.
