Safa Collection began on Instagram, one photograph at a time — a place to share pieces we'd want to wear ourselves. Every earring, chain and ring is sourced and finished with care, in limited numbers rather than endless restocks.

This policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your order.
Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–4 business days of order confirmation, since many pieces are individually packed by hand. During sales or festive periods this may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if so.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
You'll receive a tracking link/number via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available yet — message us on WhatsApp if you'd like to check for an exception.
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed due to courier issues, weather, or local disruptions. We'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens, but Safa Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the order has been handed over.

We want you to love what you order. Because our pieces are fashion jewellery and accessories, please read this policy carefully before purchase.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't already been packed for shipping. Message us immediately on WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings and worn/used items, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage during transit (see below).
If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
All approved refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider, typically 5–7 business days after we initiate it.
